What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with proof (photos or videos). Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, and items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods shown at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been processed. Please check all details carefully before completing your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Processing takes 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary by location:
- UK & Europe: 7–15 business days

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50. Below that amount, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
How do I find my size?

Will my order arrive in one package?
Don’t worry – you’ll always receive everything you ordered, and each item will have its own tracking number. But because we work with multiple suppliers, your items may be shipped separately. This means you could receive more than one package and items may arrive at different times.
